It is because of this they have now joined forces with award winning Dr. Lorenzo Landi, a young, talented oenoligist who is a partner of Professor Du Burdier of the Bordeaux University. All the wines are made with the consultation of Dr. Landi. Together, they are striving to give the Sensi family a personal style of wine making, matching the ancient Tuscan tradition together with new methods of cultivation and fermentation. | |
